System Management
Fully Documented
Every system supplied is fully documented on a fleetmap with records kept of radio serial numbers and IDs, channel setup, departments and group numbers, equipment exchanges and replacements.
Annual testing/service, battery management and Ofcom licence renewals can be included. Records of service work are kept and reports available.
Software Applications
Computer Aided Dispatch and Control
Many radio software applications are available which can be built into system designs or added subsequently to greatly enhance and increase the value of each radio system.
Solutions can include automatic lone worker protection (and management), GPS and indoor beacon location monitoring, voice recording, alarm monitoring plus much more.
Installation
Vehicles, buildings, control rooms
Our trained and qualified service team carry out all of our on-site installation work.
This includes vehicle radios, desk radios, repeaters and associated antennas, control room equipment, location beacons, specialised RF cables and IP connection cabling.
Service & Maintenance
Over 45+ years experience
Quick and effective equipment testing and servicing is carried out by our trained technicians in our fully equipped workshop, with large quanities of spares held in stock.
We also service fixed equipment on site, and offer a local collection and return service using our own vehicles. An out of hours call out service is available.
Maintenance contracts are available to cover most radio systems and models.
Short Term Hire
For any event or occasion
We have a large and varied stock of radios available for short term hire, including repeaters for wider coverage requirements.
Typical applications are music and sports events, conferences, ceremonies and short term contract work.
We can also supply radios on our licensed hire channels or programmed on a customer`s own channel whenever additional radios are required for a short period.
